Job Overview As a Division Advisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating all division-wide activities related to strategic planning, budget, corporate reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage all division-wide strategic goals and planning activities, including monitoring progress, serving as a resource to divisional management, and preparing reports and documentation for various committees and levels of management. Research and conduct analysis in response to requests from the division leadership team, presenting results and recommendations as required. Coordinate the development and analytical review of the administrative expense budget, monthly expense analysis, and expense forecasting, as well as acquisition, personnel, and other operating performance data. Act as the principal contact across all areas to ensure effective and efficient compliance with corporate, state, federal, and regulatory requirements, leading internal compliance reviews and developing corrective action plans as needed. Collaborate with senior leadership, cost center managers, finance management, and other areas of the company to drive results and achieve divisional goals. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. 2 years of experience in business, healthcare environment, or health insurance payor environment. 2 years of related project management experience in a large-scale, cross-functional, multi-system environment. Ability to work as a team member, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project planning and life cycle development. Preferred Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
