About the Role We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to play a critical role in modernizing and connecting our product suite. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define UX strategy, improve complex workflows, and co-lead a renewed design system initiative. You’ll collaborate directly with the Director of Design to help shape product direction and ensure cohesive, user-centered experiences across our tools. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity. What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end design process for key features across a complex product suitesPartner with product managers and engineers to define and drive product strategyBuild and evolve design systems in Figma, helping modernize legacy componentsCreate user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for data-dense enterprise toolsGuide other designers through critique, feedback, and mentorshipConduct design audits and propose scalable UX improvementsHelp bridge the gap between product vision and daily implementationYou Should Have5–7+ years of experience in product design, including enterprise or B2B toolsExpertise in Figma and building/designing robust design systemsDeep experience designing complex workflows with many states and rolesStrong collaboration skills across engineering and product managementA systems-thinking mindset and experience working across multiple interconnected toolsExcellent communication and documentation habitsAbility to work independently and drive initiatives from ambiguity to clarityBonus PointsExperience modernizing legacy design systemsFamiliarity with OCR, automation, or data-heavy enterprise toolsPrior experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teamsComfort navigating both strategy and execution across large product ecosystemsSalary RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this position is between $137,000 and $164,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
