Strong expertise in troubleshooting Exchange-related issues, including mail flow, connectivity, DAG, hybrid configurations, and performance tuning. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and PowerShell scripting for Exchange management and automation. Proven ability to support migrations, upgrades, and hybrid Exchange/O365 environments with minimal downtime. Excellent communication and remote support skills to interact with business users and IT teams, ensuring prompt resolution of email-related issues. This role will support the client's Exchange environment and requires a reliable and self-sufficient engineer who can quickly integrate with the team to ensure continuity of service.
