Job Overview In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Work planning support to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services Act as a liaison between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution Vehicle appearance arrangement and inspection to ensure high-quality standards are met Twist and CCC organization appearance, maintaining a professional and organized work environment Client communication and assumption, providing timely updates and resolving issues promptly Rental coordination and handoff, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions Vehicle announcements, keeping clients informed about the status of their vehicles Material and supplies reordering, maintaining adequate stock levels and minimizing delays Repair survey and delivery, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and delivered on time Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in Crash Repair or a related field is highly desirable, and experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. You should be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, clients, and the general public.
