Key Responsibilities As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include: Cold calling companies to win new business and expand our client base Attending client meetings to understand their hiring needs and preferences Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn and other platforms Managing the end-to-end interviewing process, from initial contact to job offer Negotiating contracts and salaries to ensure the best outcome for our clients and candidates Consistently updating and adding to our company database to ensure we have the most up-to-date information Creating market-relevant content for LinkedIn to showcase our expertise and services Working towards and exceeding personal targets to contribute to the team's success Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
