Key Responsibilities:Conduct discovery and analysis across front- and back-end systems. Research APIs (documentation review, capability assessment, integration validation). Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Translate needs into clear epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Partner with QA and development teams to support testing and validate solutions. Investigate and resolve production incidents (root cause analysis, customer impact, prevention). Document process flows, system interactions, and functional specifications.
