Join Reproductive Freedom for All as a Fall 2025 Organizing Intern in Phoenix, advancing reproductive rights through community mobilization and advocacy. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Advance reproductive freedom through campaign priorities, including mobilizing members during the legislative session • Recruit new members and volunteers via presentations, tabling, canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and flyering • Organize, lead, attend, and promote actions around legislation, educational forums, phone banks, and canvasses • Attend department meetings and trainings • Track work in VAN, a project management tool About You The company is looking for: • Demonstrated interest in political and electoral organizing • Excitement about engaging with the community on reproductive freedom • Commitment to advancing reproductive freedom • Ability to connect with people from diverse communities and lived experiences • Commitment to a workplace valuing diversity and inclusion • Alignment with the organization’s values • Availability to work evenings and weekends • Minimum availability of 15 hours per week • Located in the Phoenix-metro area with reliable transportation • Bilingual in Spanish preferred Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: $18.67 per hour • Part-time, 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling • Hybrid position located in Phoenix, Arizona Training & Development • Develop understanding of reproductive freedom movement and reproductive rights in Arizona and nationally • Gain political, electoral, and campus organizing skills including volunteer recruitment and management • Learn grassroots mobilization techniques to lobby elected officials • Professional development in planning and project management • Training on tools such as VAN, Hustle, Slack, and Mobilize This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
