Proven experience in global HR project management and technical project management. Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
