CompensationYou will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate$115–$130 per session for initial assessments$70–$80 per session for ongoing therapyCompensation covers both session time and required documentationTo ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation.
