Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Virtual Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier assistance via email, chat, and phone. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and guiding customers through products and services—all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate support. Document customer interactions in internal systems with clear and concise notes. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Contribute to improving the support process by sharing feedback and suggestions. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Experience Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, virtual assistant, or support-related role (remote experience is a plus). Experience using customer support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar tools is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce, tech, or online services industries is an advantage. Working Hours Flexible schedule with availability during core business hours (based on your time zone). Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on customer demand.
