About the Role We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Executive Team Leader Human Resources to join our team in Manhattan Beach, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll lead a team of HR Specialists and Group Leaders (where applicable) who are committed to supporting teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guest expectations and where teams love to work. You'll be responsible for driving all-out store sales, understanding your role in sales growth, and what your area and team contribute to and impact total store productivity.
