Job Description We're seeking passionate, service-oriented, and positive individuals to join our Studio Crew team in West Hollywood. As a Studio Crew member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the studio's aesthetic and atmosphere, and supporting our instructors and riders. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects, including studio maintenance, retail operations, and event planning Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently Support SoulCycle instructors with class check-in processes, ensuring a seamless experience for riders Work collaboratively with all SoulCycle staff members to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment Assist with training and coaching new hires for the front desk staff team, sharing knowledge and best practices Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, ensuring riders have access to the latest merchandise and gear Uphold the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture, ensuring the studio remains a welcoming and inspiring space Perform studio cleaning and prepping tasks, including cleaning exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors, as well as common areas and bathrooms Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive approach to resolving issues A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements This role requires: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time, with a willingness to perform physical tasks as needed Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 30lbs, with a willingness to assist with studio maintenance and cleaning tasks Career Growth and Development At SoulCycle, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
