Junior Legal Counsel

We're on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to scale new heights with our Legal Team. Ready to level up your career? Key Responsibilities:Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations;Assisting with the implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.);Communicate with business partners, law firms, agents, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions;Analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions, covering AML and licensing matters;Perform due diligence (KYC) on clients and counterparts;Support the company’s day-to-day legal activities and operationsTo succeed in the role, you will have:Experience with the Ukrainian jurisdiction is mandatory. Fluent English (including legal drafting skills);1+ year of relevant experience in a legal role;Knowledge of KYC procedure (will be a big plus);Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or International LawPersonal skills:Ability to deliver the result within the discussed deadline;Positive engagement and excellent interpersonal skills;Strong self-motivation, reliability, and flexibility as a team player in an Agile environment;Great attention to detail;A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking better solutions;Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
