This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance to plant assets. Shift Hours12-hour shifts5:00 pm to 5:00 am6:00 pm to 6:00 am6:30 pm to 6:30 amAbility and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidaysPlant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What your day will look like: Creating high quality foods that are eaten EVERYDAY, NATIONWIDEUsing TECHNOLOGY in an industry-leading facilityWorking with HIGH-LEVEL operators on EXPERIENCED teams that are looking to pass down their knowledge to workers WILLING TO LEARN and get paid doing itCHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT and gain skills to take with you to your next opportunityInstalling, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipmentDesign and layout circuits, installing fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment/components, including proven ability to use multimeterIdentifying and troubleshooting mechanical issuesProviding technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modificationsPerforming both uptime and downtime preventative maintenanceParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceAssist in training new employeesWhat you have to offer: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent education in a related fieldProven ability to use multimeter and other electrical equipment/componentsWorking knowledge of PLCs, HVAC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferredExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferredKnowledge of three-phase electrical systems preferredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting over surfacesAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platformsAbility to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net, and gloves when requiredWilling and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environmentAbility to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditionsWilling to work around industrial high-speed moving machineryAbility to work with allergens that might be present in a food environmentNeed to be able to work in a tobacco free environmentCompany OverviewWe exist to make food the world loves.
