Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, delivering as a global WFM POC for the US team. This role requires a high level of expertise in analyzing forecasted details, drafting way forward plans, and ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. The position will have high visibility to all operations teams globally, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics impacting business KPIs, and call out for corrective/supportive actions Ensure each org/skill adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence Monitor and ensure operational metrics like service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other key performance indicators are met by all Orgs/skills at a daily level Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/skill and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics Ensure timely closure of all planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning Close all WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged within committed SLs Ensure capacity alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and take necessary actions in case of short-term deficits Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with all WFM required skills and knowledge Deep dive and provide insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs) Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations and simplify current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience in real-time analysis and workforce management, preferably in a similar industry or role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working with workforce management software and tools, such as forecasting and scheduling systems Knowledge of operational metrics and key performance indicators, such as service levels, occupancy, and utilization Experience in process improvement and simplification, with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and support fellow team members Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Leadership skills: Ability to mentor and develop fellow team members Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
