As a Product Manager on our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and innovation of our contact center platform, ensuring that our members receive the best possible support when they need it. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our contact center platform. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, operations, and data engineering teams, as well as third-party solution providers, to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience for our customers and agents.
