We believe in taking a growth mindset, being expansive in our approach, and continuously learning to improve our business and ourselves. **About the Role** As a Director, Colleges & Universities, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and acquisition of key colleges and universities in the West Region. You will work closely with regional leaders and bottlers to develop long-term asset acquisition, investment strategy, and business plans with schools. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with senior leaders at these institutions, advancing partnerships through the Collaborative Business Planning Process, reinforcing our Coca-Cola Partner Commitment, student marketing, and sustainability work. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring key colleges and universities in the West Region * Collaborate with regional leaders and bottlers to align on long-term asset acquisition, investment strategy, and business plans with schools * Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at colleges and universities, advancing partnerships through the Collaborative Business Planning Process * Develop and execute marketing plans to increase per caps (amount of packages per consumer sold) and achieve annual business plans * Manage large system sponsorship investments and direct marketing expenses * Collaborate with region marketing to leverage key platforms on college campuses and drive business growth **Qualifications & Requirements** * 5 or more years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods or sports business industry * Cross-functional and agency management experience * Analytics experience, with the ability to draw insights and action from data * Planning experience, with a focus on strategic thinking and forward-looking vision * Marketing Asset Negotiation Experience * Marketing Execution experience, with a strong understanding of 'Path to Purchase' principles **What We Can Offer You** * Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter * Exposure to world-class leaders and global marketing leaders, expanding your network and exposure to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights * Creative team culture that supports taking risks and innovation * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits **Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong strategic thinking and planning skills * Experience with marketing asset negotiation and execution * Strong understanding of 'Path to Purchase' principles **Location** The ideal candidate will reside in Southern California or Utah, but we are open to considering candidates from other metro areas within the West Region (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, CO, UT). **Pay Range** $153,000 - $175,000 **Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage** 30 **Annual Incentive Reference Value** A market-based competitive value for your role, indicating performance at target. **Our Purpose and Growth Culture** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
