Be educated and perform various tasks, utilizing multiple software applications, tabs, and devices to quickly and accurately answer client questions. Raise fundamental issues and provide feedback to improve our services and products, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of e-commerce and home goods/furniture industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services. Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
