Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely diagnostic interpretations of medical images, including plain films, CT, and MRI scans Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient care Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of practice and patient safety Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging and teleradiology, including new technologies and techniques Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and protocols to enhance our services and improve patient outcomes Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Board certification in radiology, with multiple state licenses (please include a list of your current state licenses with your application) Familiarity with teleradiology and general radiology, with a strong foundation in diagnostic imaging Willingness to read plain films, CT, and MRI scans, with certification to read CT and MRI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a teleradiology environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work Knowledge of PACS systems, including cloud-based platforms Experience with quality assurance and credentialing processes, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Strong technical skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and other digital systems Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in medical imaging software, including PACS systems and electronic health records Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with our team and clients Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, including new technologies, protocols, and workflows Career Growth Opportunities: At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the ongoing learning and professional development of our team members.
