Responsibilities As an HR Generalist at Fraud Fighters Law, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including: Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements Assisting in the development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies and ensuring the employee handbook is acknowledged by all employees as updated Administering, evaluating, and reviewing compensation and benefit plans Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives Collecting weekly KPIs and developing and facilitating a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs Guiding leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline when appropriate Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise Promoting proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities Qualifications We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of success in a wide variety of HR roles. The ideal candidate will have: A BA or BS in business administration or a related field Demonstrated record of success in a wide variety of HR roles suitable to build generalist capabilities; proven experience as an HR generalist is a plus Understanding of human resource policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment/labor laws and best practices; HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35/hour and a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home.
