Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain network security architectures to support Delta's enterprise applications, customers, partners, and vendors. Provide technical support for firewall hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, and break/fix services. Collaborate with Delta's business divisions to develop and implement firewall policies and access control guidelines. Support the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of enterprise data and applications. Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate principles and guidelines. Manage and execute capital upgrades, upgrades, and enhancements to data center and remote communication room infrastructure. Ensure accurate documentation, obtain best product and service costs, and verify that vendors meet their contractual commitments. Support on-call responsibilities to ensure enterprise applications and customer services are available at 99.999% SLA. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Networking. A strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols. Experience with cloud networking and security architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to network security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and extended hours. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A commitment to prioritizing the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
