As a Talent Sourcer at Cohere you will be in a unique and exciting position to help grow our teams globally. We seek a creative, high-performing Talent Sourcer who is eager to take on a new challenge. In this intermediate level role, you will be sourcing talent for all areas of the business, building amazing candidate experiences, and influencing the scaling of an organization with some of the greatest minds in the industry. As a member of our Talent team, you will:Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class talent by utilizing a range of sourcing techniques and creative sourcing strategiesSupport hiring across all levels and functions (tech and non-tech) in the businessManage the candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidatesShepherd candidates through the interview process when necessaryPartner with hiring managers, talent partners and interview teams, developing effective sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goalsKeep up-to-date with the talent market and industry insights in an effort to foster informed decision makingOptimize and improve the interview process as it scales and ensure it promotes a positive candidate experienceBuild relationships with diverse non-technical, technical and talent communitiesInitiate and take ownership of exciting talent projectsThis career growth opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:2+ years of experience in a sourcing or full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a fast growing tech startup/scaleupCourage, resilience and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic change oriented rapidly evolving environmentStrong experiences managing candidate sourcing campaigns for Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Infrastructure, Legal, Modelling, Product, Customer Success talent (and more!)Experience initiating and managing creative talent sourcing strategiesSuperior written and verbal communication skillsA track record of taking ownership; directly sourcing top of funnel candidates across multiple business areas both tech and non-techA passion for establishing equitable recruiting processes and a history of going the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidatesA natural curiosity for the AI industry, specifically around cutting edge research within the NLP spaceStrong working knowledge of Ashby is a bonusIf some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
