About the Role As a Full Stack Customer Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth through our cloud solutions. You will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business outcomes, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients maximize the value of our cloud platform and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and deliver product messaging to feature Google Cloud Platform offerings and unique differentiators, including whiteboarding, slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and response records. * Collaborate with Google Cloud Platform products to showcase and model integrations in client/partner scenarios. * Investigate and propose combination architectures, project designs, platforms, and application infrastructure required to execute a comprehensive solution successfully. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events up to 25% of the time, depending on the situation. Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field. * Four-year college education or equivalent experience. * Experience with specialized deal design in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role. * Experience with legacy and current application development, cloud administration delivery, and deployment. * Experience with holders and related technologies. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cutting-edge areas of networking, Linux, SDN, virtualization, open standards, application acceleration, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, and their application to PaaS/IaaS advancements, and large-scale VMware deployments. * Experience creating mobile designs using API management, microservice architectures, and PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks (i.e., Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry, etc.). * Experience with cloud-native programming development processes and tools for application development/deployment stages (i.e., CI/CD). * Experience with logging/monitoring of hybrid cloud applications. * Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT innovation space.
