Job Description The Commercial Customer Care Lead will manage and drive high-quality customer care to support the order entry process, shipping and receiving, customer return coordination, contract review, and process audits for improving efficiency to provide a holistic customer experience approach. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with internal and external customers to build relationships. The Commercial Customer Care Lead position is based at our Bend, Oregon headquarters. The role will require travel to the field in California on a quarterly basis.
