Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Jira Software & ITSM projects in Atlassian Cloud. Build and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions. Develop custom integrations using Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Qualifications:9+ years in Jira Software/ITSM administration & automation.5+ years of expert-level JQL and Jira REST API experience. Strong scripting skills (HTML, JavaScript) and plugin usage. Preferred: Jira on-premise to cloud migration experience.
