Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Data Entry and Patient Enrollment Specialist for Walgreens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct management. You will be liable for utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned department. Key Responsibilities Utilizing Walgreens solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system. Handles patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and enters top-off orders for handling. Investigates to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphers clinical truncations (SIG codes). Settle all information passages related to special cases. Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, talks, messages) and settles outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement prerequisites. Settles on phone decisions to guarantors and others to get data, gain abrogate endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs. Gives help to Drug specialists, both those in the office and those in different areas. Distinguishes and imparts issues to senior-level staff as fitting. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Secondary School Recognition or GED. Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). Basic web search skills to include opening a program, writing URLs in the correct location, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. 18 years old or older. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. At least a year and a half experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). Familiarity with Spanish and English.
