ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development. Hands-on experience with OpenZeppelin libraries and upgradeable proxy patterns. Experience building and deploying contracts with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle. Understanding of blockchain security principles (reentrancy, overflow, delegatecall risks). Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-3643/1400 standards. Experience with web3 integrations (ethers.js, web3.js) in dApps. Knowledge of KYC/AML integration and regulatory requirements for security tokens. Proficiency in Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows. Preferred ExperiencePrior work in real estate tokenization, DeFi, or financial smart contracts. Knowledge of stablecoins, tokenized assets, and dividend distribution contracts. Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for blockchain node hosting. Contributions to open-source Ethereum projects or DeFi protocols. Education & BackgroundBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).3+ years of professional experience in blockchain development.
