The roleAs a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you'll lead the development of powerful reporting and insights tools that play a pivotal role in high-stakes M&A transactions. Your mission? To empower investment professionals, lawyers, and executives with smart, clear, and actionable information about their projects, helping them spot red flags faster, accelerate due diligence, and make confident decisions. You'll drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, building AI-enhanced, intuitive solutions that don’t just deliver insights – they drive deal outcomes and business success. The role is open for Ukraine. What you will doDefine and execute product vision and strategy for reporting and insights inside the VDR in alignment with overall product strategy and company visionResearch user behavior, industry trends, and market needs to identify new opportunitiesValidate ideas through structured discovery: user interviews, data analysis, experiments, and stakeholder inputDefine and communicate product requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams in delivering quality solutionsCollaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver high-quality solutionsContribute to GTM strategy and work with the content team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market successMeasure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedbackWhat you bring3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomesProven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iterationSkilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisionsAbility to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategiesPassion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiencesFamiliarity with Scrum or other agile-based frameworksExcellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)Nice to haveExperience owning analytics, dashboards, or BI tools in B2B workflows, especially in compliance-heavy or data-sensitive domainsUnderstanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operationsOur assessment processScreening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~40 mins) Product management expertise and problem discovery interview with the Group Product Manager (90-120 min)UI/UX and solution discovery interview with the Head of Product Design (60 min)Product delivery interview with the Director of Engineering (60 min)Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)What we offer We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
