Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry professional to join our team in Utah, USA. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our Recruiting and People team to develop reporting models, build data tools, and make recommendations to improve our hiring processes. Key Responsibilities Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis Collect, analyze, and present data from various systems, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations Recognize patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and work with stakeholders to implement changes Ensure seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of whole-cycle recruiting Prior relational database experience, with proficiency in SQL and other query languages Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools Skills and Competencies Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations Collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Tesla, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
