Key Responsibilities As an Estate Planning Network Attorney with Legacy Assurance Plan, your primary responsibilities will include: Estate Planning: Create comprehensive estate plans for our clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents. Business Formation: Assist clients with business formation, including drafting articles of incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements.
