Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to transport and logistics. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and liaise with service providers to minimise downtime. Implement health and safety policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness. Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports for senior management. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of service. Requirements Proven experience in transport management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirements.
