We are seeking a seasoned sales representative to develop the Dental Support Organization Sales for the Northeast Region (WVA, VA, DC, CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT)Important Responsibilities:Responsible for prospecting for new customers as well as maintain and grow existing DSO customers within the respective region. Work directly with and mentor dental field sales consultants to grow group practice accountsDevelop strategy for region to grow the DSO business. Negotiate formulary products and prices. Provide technical support and hands on training with dental products for the DSO’s. Organize regional continuing education seminars. Build loyal relationships with key stakeholders decision makers within the DSO - i.e Hygiene Director, Procurement, COO, CEO, CFO, CIOWhat we’re looking for in you:Willingness and ability to travel extensively as needed. This includes some weekends for many customer events. Demonstrated success as a current salesperson, Team player with proficient negotiating skills. Must be proficient in the whole Microsoft suite including but not limited to Excel, Power Point as well as understanding reporting analytics. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal and be enthusiastic, positive, and able to motivate others. Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once. Looking for a critical thinker that is solution driven. Must have strong Presentation SkillsMust have strong relationship-selling skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What you’ll need to succeed: Outside, direct sales experience in a monthly quota-based environmentDental sales experience is strongly preferred, specifically with Large Group Practice sales. Minimum 2 + years, reflecting successful sales experience in a highly competitive market is ideal. Live within the Region supported. Must live near a major airport. BS/BA degree is preferred.
