Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally. • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. • Maintain organized records of visitors and communications. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. • Assist team members with general office support as needed. • Ensure the front desk or virtual reception area is tidy and presentable. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and virtual collaboration tools. • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
