Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided. We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our expanding Team. What you'll do: Advise on financial regulatory frameworks including PSD2, CRD, and CRR, and ensure compliance across operationsSupport and structure financial transactions, as well as credit product launches and changesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including financing agreements, service contracts, outsourcing agreements, and partnership arrangementsSupport teams in liaising with regulators and other authorities within the EU on licensing, reporting and other regulatory mattersProvide legal guidance during product development to ensure regulatory and product complianceCollaborate with claims/operations/customer support/transaction monitoring teams Participate in dispute resolution and advise on litigation strategy where neededWhat you'll bring: 5–10 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm, fintech, bank, or regulatory authorityBar admittance in the Netherlands or GermanyIn-depth understanding of EU and local regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, CRD, CRR)Strong track record of structuring and executing international financial transactionsExperience in credit products, including SME lendingFluent in English; Dutch or German is a strong plusBusiness-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech innovative environment- 30-minute interview with the recruiter.- 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager.- Final interview with Team Panel.
