Job Description: We’re experiencing a surge in active searches, especially for legal and sales roles, and need help building candidate pipelines and managing outreach. You’ll play a key role in helping our recruiters stay ahead of the curve by providing targeted research support and occasional scheduling assistance. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct targeted research and sourcing to build pipelines for legal and SaaS commercial roles. Proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates via LinkedIn and sourcing tools. Assist with candidate scheduling: coordinate phone screens, interviews, and follow-ups. Maintain accuracy and update activity logs in our ATS (Greenhouse). Provide insight into talent market trends and candidate availability - help us stay ahead. REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years of experience in an in-house recruiting role or agency position Skilled in candidate sourcing or recruiting research, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Experience with legal hiring (attorneys, compliance, commercial) and/or SaaS commercial roles (sales, business development, revenue operations). Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Excellent written communication - clear, compelling outreach that resonates. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple priorities with precision. Collaborative and responsive - ready to support the recruiting team when it matters most.
