Role and Responsibilities: Your role as a Customer Support Specialist revolves around delivering a seamless and welcoming atmosphere for customers, along with managing sales and merchandise effectively. • Handle sales transactions efficiently using the assigned cash register. • Ensure the protection of all cash assets and safeguard all company belongings against risks. • Offer excellent customer assistance. • Uphold a welcoming and harmonious attitude towards customers, coworkers, and supervisors. • Support in the acceptance of merchandise and unloading of transport vehicles. • Perform duties in a manner that promotes safety, respecting and upholding all prescribed policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience: • Adequate math skills are required for the accurate processing of financial transactions related to cash in accounting contexts. • Enhancing verbal communication competencies for successful customer engagements. • Ensuring a consistent display of integrity and honesty, especially in roles that involve cash handling.
