From Technology partners to Auditors, and of course, MSSPs. Respectively, they represent the path for relevant data into Vanta, an exceptional audit readiness and attestation process, as well as ongoing program management. We are seeking a Channel leader to drive the execution of our channel strategy across both acquisition and partner management. Your success will be measured by both revenue and customer engagement targets related to partners' role in our customer journey. What you’ll do as Director, Channel Management - APJ at Vanta:Drive the day-to-day execution of our Channel strategyLead a team in acquiring, activating and managing the programs around hundreds of Vanta partnersOwn the onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction of partners, as well as the satisfaction of our customers as it relates to partner workDeliver against monthly Pipeline, Revenue and Engagement goals for partnersRedefine our playbooks across roles to drive the next iteration of our partner strategyMature the role and jobs-to-be-done of our channel development associates and channel managersWork closely with Vanta leadership to help define the forward-looking strategy for the evolution of Vanta’s partner approach in the APJ regionPartner with cross-functional teams in Go-to-Market and Engineering & Product Development to refine and mature the partner and partner/customer experienceAdvance the skills and careers of our managers and individual contributorsRepresent the business and the leadership team to customersHow to be successful in this role:Ability to leverage previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product categoryRigorous command of the key metrics of the businessReliable, consistent forecastingMastery of coaching to value-based selling methodology (such as Command of the Message)A high bar for inspection, evolution, and execution in the businessSuccinct, concise, and compelling written and verbal communicationImpeccable cross-functional partnershipsUnderstanding of how to leverage GTM resources including Enablement and Revenue Operations to further the work of the teamStrong eye for talent, both in hiring and in advancing the careers of Vanta’nsIndependent operator, capable of leading a team in a rapidly changing hyper growth environmentWhat you can expect as a Vantan:Industry-competitive salary and equityHealthcare stipend towards health insurance for you and your dependents16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents (birthing, non-birthing, and adoptive)Health & wellness stipendRemote workspace stipendCommuter benefits for team members who attend the officeInternet and cellphone stipend9 company paid holidays20 days of PTO per yearVirtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!#LI-hybridAt Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all.
