About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Agent to join our growing team. Follow SimpliSafe's sales methodology to ensure the highest level of respect, trust, and loyalty with our future customers. Perform customer follow-up activities, including quotes, information requests, and more. Properly collect and input customer information for proper customer identification. Make recommendations on special promotions and affiliated partners' products and services.
