We are seeking an experienced print and digital marketing coordinator to help create content both print and digital to advertise our services About Foundations Family Therapy Come join a professional, collaborative and supportive team of contract therapists in a growing practice. The ideal candidate will: Be a team player, take initiative, motivated and trained in evidenced based practices Have experience providing faith based (christian) counseling Have experience working with children/adolescents. Preferred training or registered play therapist Preference given to candidates that are already credentialed with BCBS; Aetna; United Healthcare or Tricare Available evenings Willing to see a minimum of 12 (part time) clients a week Play therapy experience preferred Willingness to work with young children/teens a must This is a contract based position. You will provide psychotherapy services in an office setting and will have access to therapy resources (books, workbooks, videos etc.) for use with your clients. As part of the 1099 position you can expect: A collaborative team and management that is committed to our therapists growth and work-life balance. Use of our EMR system (Simple Practice) with remote access; online scheduling; claim submission and integrated credit card processing. A Billing and Admin team that will handle scheduling, billing questions, claim followup Marketing that includes videos, photographs, business cards and printed materials, as well as networking events and the option to publish blogs on the business website (that are paid up to a maximum amount per month). Monthly group consultation (can count as continuing education if LMFT) Paid staff trainings when needed Company get togethers and staff appreciations Credentialing and contracting with insurance if needed. Starting contracted rate is based on experience and education and will be increased annually based on performance. Description Marketing & Content Coordinator Reports to: Administrative Manager Commitment: ~10 hours per week Compensation: $25/hour Position Overview We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our organization’s communication and marketing efforts. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) is responsible for creating and managing content across digital, print, and social platforms to ensure consistency with our brand and voice. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management • Develop and design engaging social media posts aligned with brand standards. • Create content for print and digital formats, including brochures, crisis resources, and promotional materials. • Lead the quarterly magazine publication, ensuring it reflects the organization’s mission and voice. • Maintain and update website content including digital magazine issues, blog posts, and events/groups listings. • Collaborate with the Administrative Manager to produce high-quality, timely content. Marketing & Campaigns • Partner with Candace to design and implement ad campaigns for social media. • Create sales funnels with lead magnets to promote groups, events, and courses. • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns using Kajabi. • Ensure the organization’s Google Business page is regularly updated and optimized. Brand & Strategy • Ensure all content is consistent with the organization’s brand and voice. • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase engagement and reach. • Monitor analytics to track performance and prepare reports on marketing outcomes. Qualifications • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or communications. • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). • Familiarity with Kajabi or similar platforms for course/event management and email marketing. • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with team members. • Creative thinker with the ability to align messaging to brand identity.
