Job Summary As a Data Analyst - Customer Service, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer support reports and dashboards, analyzing complex data sets, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure accurate and effective use of labor force management and operational data across the customer service function. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain global customer support dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and vendor partners using various business intelligence tools. Collaborate with the Netflix Data Visualization team to migrate ad-hoc dashboards into Netflix's custom data visualization tools. Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data. Provide level-one support to vendor partners and data consumers, and work with data engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues. Educate and train users on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data. Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs. Prepare and deliver periodic executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform business decisions. Develop and implement comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications A year's college education in Math, Statistics, Business, Data Technology, or other quantitative field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence experience, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements. Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Preferred Qualifications Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, modeling, and consulting skills. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences.
