Essential Qualifications and Skills Proven Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and provide solutions. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with Customer Service Systems: Experience with using customer service systems and data entry. Desirable Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of Insurance Products and Services: Familiarity with insurance products and services, including policies and procedures. Previous Experience in Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of call handling techniques. Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to customer handling, including data protection and compliance. Technologies Proficiency in Customer Service Systems: Experience with using customer service systems and software, including CRM systems. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
