Essential Functions The essential functions of this role include: Working Up to 5 Hours of Overtime per Week: Working flexible hours to meet business needs. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and navigation of multiple screens and systems. Active Listening: Excellent active listening skills. Telephone Etiquette: Professional telephone etiquette. Adapting to Change: Ability to adapt to change and new situations. Empathy: Empathy and understanding for clients and their needs. Data Entry: Accurate data entry skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in Benefits Administration or Pension Plans: Previous experience in benefits administration or pension plans is an asset.
