Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and success in network product development and management. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new network products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to develop and execute product strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, and use insights to drive product development. Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize product offerings. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track and measure success. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network product development and management, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
