About the Role As a Business Premier Service Consultant, you will be the voice of AT&T, providing top-notch service to our business customers. Your role will be multifaceted, involving handling customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and selling our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful connection with our customers. Key Responsibilities Assist business customers with a wide range of inquiries, including billing, rate plans, features, services, network, coverage, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments, and more. Utilize various systems and tools to effectively and accurately research, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and educate customers. Provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, driving sales and meeting monthly goals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including voice and data problems that span multiple networks and elements. Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution. Maintain a working knowledge of our broad range of Voice and Data products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and applications. Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service. Process credit applications, activate service, and perform accounts receivable work for corporate and government accounts. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Call center or customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment. Fluency in Spanish, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls. Willingness to work onsite in one of our call centers (though remote work options may be available). Ability to sit or stand for long durations and engage with customers as dictated by business needs. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience. Advance typing/keyboarding skills. Previous call center experience.
