Job Summary The EPSDT Coordinator will serve as the health plan resource for EPSDT/Well Child Program and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the EPSDT program. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements and NCQA standards. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination: Identify and facilitate assistance for member needs specific to maternal/child health and EPSDT. Performance Reporting: Create and present quarterly executive summaries on performance data such as the CMS Form 416 EPSDT report. Education and Outreach: Provide culturally competent educational resources for healthcare provider-facing staff on EPSDT and related Population Health. Provider Education: Educate healthcare providers in their office and via electronic communication channels on clinical measures and EPSDT. Policy and Procedure Management: Maintain policies and procedures, as well as work plans for EPSDT. Performance Improvement: Participate in Performance Improvement Projects and performance measure campaigns as assigned. Requirements Essential Qualifications Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience. Pediatric Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience within the child and pediatric population. Technical Skills: 1+ year of experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Presentation Skills: Experience presenting to others. Data Analysis: Proven ability to create spreadsheets in Excel. Travel Requirements: Willing or ability to travel locally up to 25% of the time. Residency: Currently reside in New Mexico. Preferred Qualifications Nursing Background: BSN. RN Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NM or a compact license allowing practice in NM. Pediatric Nursing Experience: Pediatric nursing experience. Wellness Quality Metrics: Experience with wellness quality metrics related to childhood health screenings. Provider Office Experience: Experience working with provider offices. Managed Care Experience: Clinical nursing experience in a managed care environment. Medicaid/Medicare Experience: Experience working with the Medicaid/Medicare Population. EPSDT Experience: Experience with EPSDT.
