Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with travel planning and reservations, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of Disney destinations to create customized vacation packages Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and follow-up Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings across various Disney destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Obtain leads and generate new business opportunities through effective networking and marketing strategies Manage client vacation plans, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as an Independent Travel Consultant with EnchantAway Travel, you'll need: Extensive knowledge of Disney destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, and/or National Geographic Prior sales experience or a sales-oriented mentality, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and respond to client inquiries The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment A strong network and presence within the community, with the ability to leverage these connections to generate new business leads While prior travel agent experience is not required, you must have traveled to at least one of the various Disney destinations and possess a deep understanding of the Disney brand.
