About the roleAs Value Marketing Associate, Promotions and Operations you will directly report to the Head of Value & Promotions Marketing for the UK and Ireland. You will be working cross functionally on end-to-end execution of our promotional strategy and key projects. As part of your role you will also be responsible for campaign performance and optimisations to drive further growth through test and learn. The role requires strong analytical and organisational skills as well as a naturally collaborative approach. What you'll be doingChampion the consumer voice by delivering plans that offer great value to customersImplement and execute our UKI Marketing Promotional Calendar, ensuring best in class execution and relevant communicationOwn weekly reporting on in flight campaign performance and post campaign analysis to understand metrics of success and identifying improvement areas and opportunities to experimentKeep on top of competitor trends and activity to strengthen plansOwn our CRM calendar executionRequirementsPreferred 1-2 years experience in Marketing rolePreferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsYou’re both analytical & commercial and you enjoy interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy. Comfortable with analytical tools like excel. You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levelsAbility to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. You have a self-starter attitude and you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with constant change. You have a proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently.
