About the Job and Program The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team offers a unique opportunity to learn about the application of data for marketing purposes. We provide Disney organizations, such as Walt Disney Studios, Disney Channel, and Marvel, with guidance on the development of marketing programs by learning about our customers. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist our Project Managers in the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with different Disney Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution Create campaign reports and analyze campaign performance data Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations Assist with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data Provide support to our Project Managers on the development and plan coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, as well as analysis of campaign performance Required Capabilities and Abilities To be successful in this role, you should have: Great enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn about the digital marketing industry Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML Moderate Photoshop skills Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms like social media, email, or paid search, as well as data analysis Ability to be flexible, agile, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and evolving environment Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and adaptability Solid customer service and interpersonal skills Preferred Capabilities Preferred candidates will have: Background in Digital Marketing with experience in project management Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Advanced Excel, Tableau) Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact) Knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL/Oracle) Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (e.g. Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator) Education To be eligible for this role, you should: Be currently enrolled or have graduated within the last 6 months studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a closely related program Meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in a accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within the last 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years old Have unlimited work authorization Have not completed one year of continuous work on a Disney internship or Disney College Program How to Apply To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application, including an electronic online portfolio, which should include a URL link on your resume and any marketing materials, Photoshop work, built websites, email templates, etc. Additional Information The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 - January 2025.
