To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Deal Desk Analyst to our team, working remotely in the UK. Reporting to the Director, Material Quotation, the Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for driving the end-to-end Quote to Cash (QTC) process for strategic deals, ensuring seamless handoff from quoting though shipment and revenue recognition. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Project, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to align on deal requirements and approvals. What a typical day looks like: Validate deal target price accuracy, integrity and compliance and monitor and resolve gating issues that may delay deals—such as pricing/cost gaps, contract bottlenecks, product certifications, shipment compliance approvals, material shortagesTrack key deal KPIs including win rate, deal cycle time, margin realization, and quote-to-order conversionWork with Legal team for contract routing, approval coordination, and documentation to ensure timely execution and audit readiness.
