We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our team and contribute to the engineering and design of identity, access, and record service systems that meet our company's requirements, goals, and objectives. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering team through project implementation and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results Design, develop, and deliver critical services that meet the company's requirements, goals, and objectives Actively seek opportunities to improve security features and functionality, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security solutions Provide technical expertise in access control and identification and access control technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Develop and maintain documentation of security systems, processes, and procedures Participate in incident response and problem management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of security incidents Essential Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience More than 8 years of experience in design and development of identity and access management systems for large companies More than 4 years of experience in access management with access to records services Experience with cloud-based services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including CyberArk, Okta, or similar solutions Experience with software development principles and design principles, including agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or CCSP, focused on cybersecurity, data privacy, or IAM Knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, such as SOX, PCI, HIPAA, etc. Experience with CyberArk PAM solutions Hands-on experience creating and managing PowerShell scripts CI/CD experience with Azure and associated hardware infrastructure Tools and technologies related to DevOps (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Coverity, etc.) Skills and Competencies Strong technical expertise in identity and access management, including access control, authentication, and authorization Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Work Environment and Company Culture Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Conclusion How to Apply Apply for this job
